A legal case of unimaginable financial fraud involving sequestering of EU funds linked with hospital death protocols in Romania?

A lawyer & witnesses have raised astonishing accusations of hospital death protocols linked to financial fraud via the administration of the EU's disaster funding during the fake 2020 health crisis.

A video was published on June 14th 2025 on the alternative media channel kla.tv titled “Lawyer Maria Vasii and Witnesses: More than €400 billion EU money for Corona-Contract-Killing and Money Laundering”

kla.tv appears to be a Switzerland (German language based) channel which has been consistently critical of the official 2020 pandemic narrative and other agendas connected with the ‘New World Order’. It produces video content with a generally high production value which is helpfully offered in multiple language options.

This video caught my attention because, together with others, I have been trying to understand exactly what was was happening to patients ‘treated’ during the known ‘mass casualty events’ of 2020 which only took place in certain well defined ‘hotspots’ such as Bergamo (N. Italy), New York City, Madrid, Paris, London etc, to name a few of those ‘special’ locations in the world where notable levels of excess mortality was recorded while nothing unusual was happening across the great majority of all other areas areas and populations. The evidence that there was never any novel or otherwise deadly pathogenic agent ‘spreading’ through populations in an epidemiological sense is now so well analysed and documented by people such as Dennis Rancourt, Jonathan Engler, Jessica Hockett , Norman Fenton, Martin Neil etc that it is hardly necessary to refer to these sources any more but I have listed some of them at the end of this article.

It is now common knowledge among those critical of the pandemic narrative that deaths attributed to an imaginary disease were caused by the effects of lockdowns, ensuing social deprivation, the physiological effects of shock and terror on the human organism, and iatrogenic causes which have sometimes been described as ‘death protocols’ because they were so very certainly not directed towards the individual health interests of any patient. This was ‘communist medicine’, a top down, one solution-fits-all approach defying the Hippocratic oath and a betrayal of what medicine and doctoring should be about. Unclarity over the exact numbers of people who were so affected and where and how these people died still remains. But what is clear is that impact to individuals, particularly the very elderly and disabled and existing chronically sick (but not exclusively these people) were shocking and brutal during the so-called ‘pandemic response’. Anyone who has any doubt about this should certainly refer to the documentation of witness testimony from the Scottish Covid Inquiry collected in the posting of Biologyphenom which I am quite sure will stand the historical test of time as a documentation of the medical horror of the 2020 false flag terror attack on ordinary people and particularly the most vulnerable members of society in need of the most care. All they received was abuse in the vast majority of cases from a system devoid of any vestiges of humanity.

What does this new report from Romania add to the picture?

I have to admit that I had not at all followed what happened on Romania during the fake pandemic. So it was interesting to see this report. Regarding excess mortality, it is clear that Romania was not selected to be one of the ‘pandemic hotspot’ demonstration mass casualty psyop events such as the spectacular show put on in Lombardy / N Italy to help usher in the lockdowns. The action which occurred in Romania came later - perhaps also staged that way to remind people that the nasty pathogen was still active and lurking should there be ‘hesitancy’ about taking the prescribed ‘excellent injections’.

Excess mortality in Romania occurred late in 2020. They missed out on the ‘first wave’.

The first thing to say about this interview is that it is too hours long. It is composed of two interviews occurring on different days and different main topics. In the first part (46 minutes) of the video (which was recorded after the second interview), we listen to lawyer Maria Vasii explain legal cases which she is trying to get prosecuted in the International Court of The Hague and with a prosecutor in Vienna. We learn that these cases involve both an element of alleged massive financial fraud in relation to the use of EU emergency funds and of the application of illegal and entirely inappropriate treatment protocols forced upon patients against their will at Arad county clinical hospital which is a large facility and was at the centre of the ‘pandemic response’. Further, Mrs. Vasii believes a similar level of fraud was probably occurring in other countries in the EU. Her court deposition documents have so far not been shared anywhere as far as I am aware.

In the second part of the video (71 minutes), we listen to the testimony of one former patient at the hospital in Arad, a rare survivor of the protocol which is claimed to have been given to 500 people, 497 of whom are said to have all died. The second witness is the daughter of an elderly lady who died in the hospital. We learn that not long after this interview conducted by kla.tv, the main witness and survivor, a former engineer and forty-nine year-old at the time of his treatment, tragically passed away, apparently as a direct consequence of the injuries he sustained during his enforced detention at the hospital. The video below is a short, 6 minute, extract of his 42 minute testimony which indicates to me that he was indeed terribly affected by his treatment and what he saw happening to very many other patients.

Details of the typical treatment protocol are spelled out here by the second witness of the alleged democide. She describes what happened to her elderly mother who in generally good health for here age but was certainly scared by all the media propaganda about the ‘pandemic’. (video extract 5 minutes)

Regarding the origin of the ‘death protocols’, the two witnesses make it clear (3 minute video extract below) that they think these procedures were coming from the World Health Organisation and that their implementation had a large element of involvement from the military. This also accords with the known active roles of military personnel of high rank appointed to direct the ‘pandemic response’ in countries such as Germany, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Also in the USA the sourcing contracts for the fake injections had the stamp of the military written all over them (as exhaustively documented by Sasha Latypova and Katherine Watts).

Most of us who have been looking into the medical mis-diagnosis/treatment aspect will be familiar with what the two witnesses are saying in these interviews, the content is nevertheless harrowing and deserves to be heard in the same way way that the Scottish Covid Inquiry testimony needs be heard by anyone who seriously wants to understand what ‘national health care systems’ did to people during the fake pandemic. But what is additionally interesting about these legal cases is the introduction of the element of the element of financial fraud. Again, we know that this kind of thing went on in relation to the procurement of PPE etc. I recall the case of NHS Professor Hugh Montgomery (Jan 2021) with his conflict of interests concerning a mask supply company he was invested in. However, this is small stuff compared to what Maria Vasii is alleging. She is talking about a 400 billion (!) Euro sequestration of EU funding earmarked for ‘emergency use’ into opaque offshore entities via faked supply contracts for hospitals and done with the knowledge of the current EC Budget Commissioner Mr. Johannes Hahn. Also she is saying that this fraud plus the ‘death protocols’ were prepared with the support of accountancy consultants Ernst and Young to prepare the necessary legal basis for what took place. This is actually quite an extraordinary allegation which deserves some attention.

I would recommend that for anyone interested in this case, and if they have the time for it, to watch the full video while following the respective mother-tongue transcript. The original video was recorded in English and here is my edited version of the English transcript downloaded from kla.tv to which I have made some small corrections and layout changes as an aid for comprehension. Summary of my impressions and my questions regarding the allegations

1. The testimonies from the hospital treatment survivor, Miriam and the bereaved daughter, Adriana appear entirely believable insofar as they describe what was done to people who were unfortunate enough to test positive with a nonsensical ‘test’ procedure and therefore be classed as ‘infected’ and end up in a Covid treatment section of the hospital. But it also appears that even some people who had not been so ‘tested’ found themselves subjected to the same criminal procedures.

   It could be argued that the testimonies recorded here do not carry the same ‘weight’ as those deposited by witnesses at the Scottish government Covid-19 inquiry but on the other hand they are are in some ways more detailed and help substantiate the same pattern of extreme medical abuse of patients which was a key defining feature of operation Covid.

2. What is more difficult for me to fathom from the witness testimony is how they come to the conclusion that the level of associated criminal financial fraud involved in the implementation of the death protocols is in the order of ‘billions’ of euro. Specifically, they state that just one hospital - Arad County Clinical Hospital, located in the town of Arad, Romania - €2 billion was spent by the hospital on drugs/treatments resulting in approx 500 or 1860 deaths depending upon how they have done the calculation. A rough check suggests to me that this would result in a spend per patient of between about € 1 - 4 million which seems excessively high and hardly realistic. So I do wonder if they are out by three orders of magnitude i.e. are they really talking about millions and not billions of euros?

   If they were talking millions then the average dead patient spend would be up to €4,000 per patient which seems more of the order of magnitude one might expect and get away with without attracting undue scrutiny.

   Another aspect of their argumentation which is not clear to me is that where they mention in another part of the testimony that c.a. 500 patients died in the space of one month in a ‘section’ which only has twelve hospital beds. This implies, based on the hospital bed turnover rate required, a daily bed occupancy time of only 17.5 hours! Again this seems very unlikely given that “most people were dying during the night”.

   To be clear I am not trying to say here that I think financial fraud did not happen. Based on what I know about the whole Covid operation as a criminal scam I think this is very likely to have occurred especially in a country like Romania where, according to the witnesses, there is already quite a high level of corruption among medical staff judging by what they say it takes to get good hospital treatment even in a ‘normal’ situation. I am only pointing out that I do not understand how they come to the very large amounts in billions of euros suggested so I think there might be an error somewhere.

3. The chances of getting legal justice in Romania are virtually non-existent. This is however not very different from the fitness of the legal systems in other European countries to prosecute and deliver any semblance of justice for Corona crimes committed by governments and other ‘globalist’ international actors / organisations. The courts in most countries of the world have largely failed the test of being able to ctitically examine the evidence for criminal fraud and wrongdoing and to analyse this in a dispassionate way. Rather, they defer to the government approved narrative of events. (3 minute video extract)

   

4. Regarding the lawyer Maria Vasii, she is according to public information sources:

   the legal representative of Călin Georgescu in various cases, including his appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) challenging the presidential elections in Romania. She is known for defending controversial figures such as Liviu Dragnea, Dan Voiculescu, Gigi Becali, Cristi Borcea, and His Eminence Teodosie Petrescu.

   Mrs. Vasii makes it very clear that the 2020 Corona ‘pandemic’ was never anything more than a legally constructed model in the EU political arena to create business opportunities for favoured partners in the pharmaceutical industries. This was done by making available EC funding opportunities and ensuring that the necessary changes in laws were drafted and introduced in time for the rollout of the event. Specifically the rule of law was changed to permit death according to the ‘protocol of death’ which was designed as the official response to the fake pandemic threat. Preparations already began in 2019 and among other partners, the consulting firm of Ernst and Young had a major role to play in preparing the necessary legislation. Additionally, EC special funding opportunities were prepared to make available large amounts of money to favoured suppliers.

   This softly spoken lawyer provides deep insight into the basic the essence of the whole Corona scamdemic as rolled-out in the EC as a business opportunity and all in the first five minutes of her interview:

   

   The key to removing what might be considered as normal levels of public / individual protection / human rights against atrocities and other terror acts such as the fake pandemic is of course to do this by making changes to the law and this is exactly what was done, very clearly ‘under the radar’ and ahead of the announcement of the event in the form of the lockdowns.

   Mrs. Vassi goes on to describe what she considers the size of the financial fraud to have been. She states that this amounted to a figure of € 400 billion. This is an extraordinarily large amount of money, much of which she claims has disappeared out of the EU and into opaque offshore entities registered in the Cayman Islands and Delaware.

   In order to try to get a handle of the amounts of money made available through the office of one the chief accused EC actors, the Commissioner for Budget and Administration, an Austrian Mr. Johannes Hahn, I have tried to assess what amounts were made available in emergency funding.

   So far. I can only find the following which appear to be relevant:

   The EU Emergency Support Instrument

   In April 2020, under the supervision of Johannes Hahn:

   • The European Commission activated the Emergency Support Instrument, mobilising €2.7 billion from the EU budget specifically to support national healthcare systems—covering protective equipment, patient transfers, testing infrastructure, mobile hospitals, and more consilium.europa.eu+11commission.europa.eu+11pubaffairsbruxelles.eu+11.

   • In addition, Commissioner Hahn facilitated a €300 million top-up for the rescEU medical reserve to reinforce joint EU stockpiling of ventilators and PPE pubaffairsbruxelles.eu+2commission.europa.eu+2op.europa.eu+2.

   Together, this amounts to approximately €3 billion in funding led by Hahn to directly support hospital and healthcare activities during the COVID‑19 emergency.

   But Note: this would NOT have been available in 2020/21 for Corona

   What EU funding did Romania actually receive?

   Question: how much money in EU funding was obtained by hospitals in Romania during the Coronavirus pandemic?

   AI answer:

   In 2020, Romania redirected significant amounts of EU funding to address the challenges posed by the Coronavirus pandemic. The European Commission approved the reallocation of almost €1.8 billion of Cohesion policy funding to cushion the adverse effects of the crisis on the country’s economy. This included €550 million from the Operational Programme ‘Competitiveness’ aimed at supporting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as initiatives for digitalisation and e-education. Additionally, €800 million was directed to support over 121,000 SMEs, with €300 million provided in the form of grants. Romania also mobilised €350 million of EU funds to support health workers by purchasing emergency healthcare provisions and protective equipment since February 2020.

Again, I am not getting anywhere near the alleged order of magnitude of the financial fraud described by lawyer Vasii which is in the hundreds of billions.

Perhaps I am missing something obvious here so I hope readers may be able to comment. I have also sent an inquiry to Mrs Vasii via e-mail for more detail of the evidence for the absolute amount of the fraud she is describing. I have to assume she had got this well documented somewhere but it just does not come across very convincingly from the video interviews.

Anyway I think she is spot on with her wording when she says that:

This pandemic time, first of all, offered just dirty rules for the pharmaceutical company to obtain money. And in accordance with my evidence, I can tell you, that it was just a model for business and for making money. ….

I'm so, so happy because finally you as a journalist and the prosecutor offer your competence and with your knowledge you help to investigate this dramatic situation in a real way. And according to this new attitude and new feelings for the people in the face of this pandemic involvement, then I have very good expectations. And for our humanity it's time now to discuss according to truth! Because like that we can protect life. You can protect our children, our society. If you prefer to just be silent, then everything is lost because without your support, the prosecutor doesn't have the courage and necessary support to present to the public real facts and to present the conclusion. I know now in the European court the first investigation about the pandemic time is starting. Also in the international criminal court in The Hague we have a first decision according to reality. And they try to manage this investigation in a positive and good way. And also I want to inform you that in the international court in The Hague we have a group of experts, they work in Canada, in Montreal. They are more than a 1000 experts and they give their testimony about the pandemic time about the source of this virus. And I'm sure, according to this evidence the prosecutor won‘t have any other way but to tell you the truth, that means, make an indictment against the person who made this war against humanity during the pandemic time.

The ‘source of the virus’ part does however not sound so good! There is clearly more work to do here among the legal profession.
